How We Operate

How It Works
  • Send us an online enquiry with your location, number of bedrooms/bathrooms and preferred date and time.
  • You’ll receive a confirmation if your requested time is available; otherwise, we’ll contact you directly.
  • We arrive at your location with all cleaning supplies.
  • We clean to a specified time limit discussed with you beforehand.
  • Any add-on services are completed as requested.
  • Payment is required on completion of the service utilising one of our payment methods such as visa or mastercard, cash or direct deposit.
What to Expect

 Our experienced team will diligently follow our comprehensive cleaning checklist.

Cleaning Checklist:

  • Thorough cleaning and sanitisation of toilets.
  • Cleaning of bathrooms, including showers, vanities, bathtubs, and mirrors.
  • Emptying general household bins and replacing liners.
  • Wiping down all accessible kitchen countertops and the front exterior of cupboards.
  • Cleaning and sanitising kitchen sinks.
  • Dusting and/or wiping over tables and furniture surfaces.
  • Cleaning mirrors to a streak-free shine.
  • Vacuuming all accessible carpeted areas and hard floors.
  • Mopping all accessible hard floors for a pristine finish.
    Service Exclusions
    Whilst we strive to provide comprehensive cleaning services, there are certain tasks and areas that fall outside our scope of service offerings. Please note that we do not provide the following services:
    • Chandeliers: Cleaning and maintenance of chandeliers or delicate light fixtures are not included in our standard services due to their specialised nature.
    • Light Bulbs: Replacing or cleaning light bulbs is not part of our regular cleaning services to ensure your safety and the integrity of your electrical fixtures.
    • Bio-hazards (Mold, etc.): Cleaning up bio-hazardous materials, such as mold or other potentially harmful substances, requires specialized training and equipment. We do not handle these situations and recommend contacting a professional remediation service.
    • Hoarding: Cleaning excessively cluttered or hoarded spaces is not within the scope of our standard services. Such situations often require specialised interventions.
    • Animal Waste: Cleaning up animal waste, including pet litter boxes, pet bedding or bowls or outdoor areas, is not included in our services.
    • High Reach Areas (More than 2-step ladder): Cleaning areas that require the use of ladders exceeding two steps in height are excluded for safety reasons. Please consider hiring a specialist for such tasks.

    KITCHENS

    Cleaning and as needed sanitising of kitchen areas including: sinks, benches and cupboard exteriors.

    BATHROOMS

    Cleaning and as need sanitising of bathroom areas including: toilets, showers, vanities and mirrors.

    FLOORS

    Vacuuming and mopping all accessible areas and floors (such as tiles, lino, wood, laminate and vacumming carpet)

    Emptying bins, replacing liners, dusting furniture and surfaces, cleaning mirrors and more!

    Optional Oven clean add-on

    Oven cleaning and degreasing services. Including stove-tops, interior and exterior of oven.

    Optional Deep-Clean add-on

    May involve tasks such as dusting skirting, ceiling fans, spot clean walls, wiping window sills, remove cobwebs.

    Optional Laundry add-on

    Wash, Dry and Folding of your laundry, including towels and linens. Using your home laundry facilities.  

    Optional Windows or Blinds add-on

    Window cleaning and window track cleaning services. Including wash and track vacuuming.

    FAQS

    Are all staff police checked?

    Yes. All staff on our team have obtained a police check upon beginning employment with us and maintain a clear criminal record throughout their employment.

    Do you bring your own cleaning supplies?

    Yes. We supply all our own professional cleaning products and equipment for the service which we are providing.

    What cleaning products do we use?

    We only use high-quality cleaning products sourced from our suppliers. We are environmentally conscious which is why we use products that are endorsed by Good Environmental Choice Australia (GECA) or are Eco-friendly and biodegradable. 

    Are my pets okay to stay while you clean?

    Yes. Although we kindly ask that you please secure any pets while we work, to reduce risk to our staff while they work, and to your feathered and furry friends.

    Can I smoke in the home while you clean?

    No. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in maintaining a smoke-free work environment within your home for our staff whilst we are there.

    What happens if the cleaner breaks something whilst cleaning or becomes injured?

    From time to time accidents do happen but rest assured we have sufficient public liability insurance in place to cover any breakages or accidents that may occur including compulsory workcover for all employees.
