How We Operate

How It Works
  • Send us an online enquiry advising the number of bedrooms and bathrooms in your request and dates the clean is required.
  • We will arrange a no-obligation free quote to discuss your needs.
  • If you are happy with the quote, we arrive at the designated location, with all our cleaning equipment and products ready to get to work.
  • All bond will require pre-payment in full prior to the commencement of work using a nominated payment method such as MasterCard, visa, cash or bank deposit.

Service Exclusions

Whilst we strive to provide comprehensive cleaning services, there are certain tasks and areas that fall outside our scope of service offerings. Please note that we do not provide the following services:

 

  • Chandeliers: Cleaning and maintenance of chandeliers or delicate light fixtures are not included in our standard services due to their specialised nature.
  • Light Bulbs: Replacing or cleaning light bulbs is not part of our regular cleaning services to ensure your safety and the integrity of your electrical fixtures.
  • Bio-hazards (Mold, etc.): Cleaning up bio-hazardous materials, such as mold or other potentially harmful substances, requires specialized training and equipment. We do not handle these situations and recommend contacting a professional remediation service.

  • Hoarding: Cleaning excessively cluttered or hoarded spaces is not within the scope of our standard services. Such situations often require specialised interventions.

  • Animal Waste: Cleaning up animal waste, including pet litter boxes, pet bedding or bowls or outdoor areas, is not included in our services. 

  • High Reach Areas (More than 2-step ladder): Cleaning areas that require the use of ladders exceeding two steps in height are excluded for safety reasons. Please consider hiring a specialist for such tasks.

  • Bin cleaning or rubbish removal: Garbage bin cleaning or the removal of rubbish from a premises

Deep clean of kitchen, including: ovens, rangehoods, cupboards, sinks, walls, benches and more.

BATHROOM

Deep cleaning of the bathroom(s), including : toilets, sinks, showers, bathtubs, walls, benches and more.

BEDROOM

Deep cleaning of the bedroom(s) including: walls, floors, doors, air-con filters, ceiling fans, cupboards and more.

LIVING / LOUNGE

Deep cleaning of the living area(s), including: walls, floors, skirting boards, doors, air-con filters and more.

LAUNDRY

Deep cleaning of the laundry room, including: dusting, walls, skirting boards, switches, windows and more.

GARAGE

Deep cleaning of the garage space, including: spot wall cleans, doors, switches, lights, fans, floors and more.

BALCONY/PATIO

Sweep and/or leaf blow of outdoor living/entertaining areas. Remove built up dust and cobwebs.

FAQS

Are all staff police checked?

Yes. All staff on our team have obtained a police check upon beginning employment with us and maintain a clear criminal record throughout their employment.

Do you bring your own cleaning supplies?

Yes. We supply all our own professional cleaning products and equipment for the service which we are providing.

What cleaning products do we use?

We only use high-quality cleaning products sourced from our suppliers. We are environmentally conscious which is why we use products that are endorsed by Good Environmental Choice Australia (GECA) or are Eco-friendly and biodegradable. 

Are my pets okay to stay while you clean?

Yes. Although we kindly ask that you please secure any pets while we work, to reduce risk to our staff while they work, and to your feathered and furry friends.

Can I smoke in the home while you clean?

No. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in maintaining a smoke-free work environment within your home for our staff whilst we are there.

What happens if the cleaner breaks something whilst cleaning or becomes injured?

From time to time accidents do happen but rest assured we have sufficient public liability insurance in place to cover any breakages or accidents that may occur including compulsory workcover for all employees.
